Cultivating the Global IC Network
My role is inherently cross-functional and focused on network expansion and engagement. I lead efforts in IC Communications, crafting clear, targeted messaging and maintaining continuous dialogue with our global contractor base across diverse digital and direct channels. Simultaneously, I manage Sourcing strategies to build and sustain a high-quality IC network, ensuring the right talent is available at the right time to meet the evolving demands of our platform.
Powering the Uber AI Platform
A critical component of my strategy is the strategic allocation of resources to pioneering initiatives. I actively partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Data Science—to drive the necessary resourcing and manpower to the Uber AI Platform. This ensures that our foundational AI and ML projects receive the vital human intelligence and operational support they need to innovate, scale, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Data-Driven Project Management and Alignment
I manage complex, high-impact global projects by leveraging advanced Strategic Marketing methodologies and data-driven insights. This approach allows me to measure IC sentiment, track operational performance, and make precise adjustments that directly elevate the entire IC lifecycle. By maintaining stringent global operational alignment, I ensure that every regional strategy is synchronized with Uber’s worldwide standards, driving consistent quality and performance across all international markets.

Developed and Deployed a new in-house tool "The Quality, Assurance, and Governance Tool" which is a software solution specifically designed to streamline and manage the complex workflows associated with Web Ops and QA.
